Pricing and credits

One monthly plan per Discord server, shared by everyone in it, with credits for the things you run on demand. The morning leads and the game are included.

Launch pricing. These are the prices we plan to open with. They may still change before launch; your waitlist email will confirm them.

The plan

  • $15 a month per Discord server. One plan covers everyone in the server. There are no per-seat fees and no contract.
  • 1,000 credits every month, included in the plan.
  • Credit packs, if you need more. Bigger packs cost less per credit:
Pack Credits Price Per credit
Minnow 500 $5 1.00¢
Bass 1,500 $13 0.87¢ (save 13%)
Pike 4,000 $30 0.75¢ (save 25%)
Marlin 10,000 $65 0.65¢ (save 35%)

The price estimator on the home page works out a month for your server.

You subscribe and buy packs inside Discord, through its app store.

What a credit is

Credits follow the work a command really does: the AI and the job-board searches it uses. A cheaper command costs fewer credits, and every job search shows its cost in credits before anything runs. A credit costs one cent in the smallest pack, and less in bigger ones.

What’s included, and what uses credits

Included in the plan Uses credits
The morning job search and digest /fish roles: a job search on demand
/leads, /log, /board and the Friday recap /tailor: a tailored resume
/cast profiles and /resume /deep-dive: a company brief
/remind daily reminders /ask: a question answered

What things cost (estimates)

Command About
/fish roles (a job search) Shown before you cast, with a hard cap. It covers everyone’s job titles on LinkedIn and Indeed; for three people, a search averages about 27 credits (about 10 looking back a day, about 50 looking back a week)
/tailor 1 credit
/deep-dive 2 credits
/ask 1 credit

These are estimates from our own use. The cost shown before a search runs is the number that counts.

When credits run out

The Boat stops spending and tells you. Everything included in the plan keeps working. Buy a credit pack, or wait for next month’s credits.

How much a server uses

Three friends who run a few searches a week, tailor a resume for each application and ask the odd question should fit comfortably within 1,000 credits. /costs shows the server’s credits for the month at any time.
