The Boat, explained
The Boat is an AI first mate that lives in your Discord server. It finds jobs every morning, tailors your resume, researches companies and keeps a friendly scoreboard. You send every message yourself.
What the Boat does
- Finds jobs every morning. It searches major job boards for each member’s target roles, scores every opening for fit, and posts the best ones with a reason for your top picks.
- Tailors your resume. Pick a job and get your resume rewritten for it, as a PDF and a Word file, with a keyword report and anything it wants you to double-check.
- Researches companies. A short brief on any company, with every fact linked to its source.
- Keeps everyone going. Log each step you take. It earns points toward a shared weekly goal, with streaks, badges, a Friday recap and optional daily reminders.
The Boat drafts. You send every message. It never emails, DMs or applies for you.
