The game
Every step you log earns points toward one shared weekly goal. It's a team effort, not a race, and the board lists members by name, not by rank.
Points
Log each step with /log. The steps that take more effort, or are further along, are worth more.
| Step | Points |
|---|---|
| Offer | 15 |
| Interview | 6 |
| Call booked | 4 |
| Outreach sent | 3 |
| Application sent | 2 |
| Reply received | 2 |
| Resume tailored | 1 |
| Lead thrown back | 1 |
A tailored resume from /tailor is logged for you.
The weekly goal
Everyone shares one goal: 60 points a week (Monday to Sunday) by default. Thatβs about 20 each for three people. The goal bar is on /board and in the Friday recap. When a step you log hits the goal, the Boat says so.
Streaks
Log something every weekday to build a streak. Weekends never break it, and today still counts until the day is over.

The Friday recap
Every Friday at 5pm the Boat posts the week: the goal, counts and points for each member, and a short write-up. It credits effort as well as wins. Rejections and quiet weeks are normal, and it says so.
Log what really happened. The game only works if the numbers are honest.
